Textured Crochet Soap Saver Pattern
Ch 7.
Round 1: 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc 4, 3 sc in last ch, sc 4 on opposite side of foundation ch – 14 sts.
Round 2: 2 sc in first st, sc, 2 sc in next st, sc 4, 2 sc in next st, sc, 2 sc in next st, sc 4 – 18 sts.
Round 3: Sc, 2 sc in next st, sc, 2 sc in next st, sc 6, 2 sc in next st, sc, 2 sc in next st, sc 5 – 22 sts.
Round 4: Sc 2, 2 sc in next st, sc 2, 2 sc in next st, sc 7, 2 sc in next st, sc 2, 2 sc in next st, sc 5 – 26 sts.
Round 5: Sl st into next st, ch 3, dc in each st; join to top of ch-3 with sl st.
Round 6: Ch 3, *fpdc, dc; repeat from * to last st, fpdc; join to top of ch-3 with sl st.
Round 7: Ch 3, *dc, fpdc; repeat from * to last st, dc; join to top of ch-3 with sl st.
Rounds 8-13: Repeat rows 6-7.

Chain 60. Fasten off.

Finishing
Weave in ends. Place soap bar into soap saver bag and pull tie gently to close. Tie if desired.
How to Use the Textured Crochet Soap Saver
Using a soap holder/soap sock is super easy! All you do is put bar soap (can be a whole soap bar or just scraps!) into the bag and pull the drawstring tight.
Every time you are done, hang the bag to dry. You don’t want to leave it in the soap dish because the bottom will not get a chance to dry out and could mold.
